Adult-managed play

Accounts and inquiries are for adults. Use team nicknames during play. Do not enter children’s contact details, private client or patient information, or sensitive information into the game.

What is saved

Test accounts store your name, email, a password hash, access status and feedback. Business accounts also store the branding and story you submit. Family custom drafts are private to the account and Dave. Standard family-game progress and notes are stored in your browser; business campaign sessions and voluntary signups are stored for campaign reporting.

Your choices

Marketing signup is optional and separate from playing, badges and rewards. Account and inquiry emails are used to respond about access or your request. Contact info@yourherobook.com to request access help, correction or deletion.

Free test access

Invitation accounts have 60 days of test access from provisioning. No card is required and no paid conversion follows automatically. The business pilot includes one branded test campaign, one revision and up to 100 team starts for 30 days after activation, at no charge.

Paid offers

Purchases are one-time payments through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Account access is granted after Stripe confirms payment. Business campaigns require approved branding and story before publication. Contact Dave about delivery questions or refunds. Family offers are for one household’s private use; business distribution requires a business campaign license. No guaranteed playtime, leads or sales are promised.

Practical limits

These are test editions. Each adventure has fixed puzzles and answers. A shared screen is supported; live synchronization across separate devices is not. Use your own original or licensed branding and images. Any business completion reward is fulfilled by the business under its approved terms.
